R4Sakura.com offers 2 type of shipping method; FREE SHIPPING & EXPRESS SHIPPING. For Express Shipping, DHL will deliver your order within 3-5 days to any destination worldwide for GBP £8.87 (or equivalent value to GBP £8.87 in other currencies) flat rate on any quantities.
R4Sakura.com offer Free Shipping on any order made with transaction value above GBP £20(or equivalent value to GBP £20 in other currencies) to any destination worldwide! Free Shipping orders will be ship using Registered Airmail Services. Please allow 10-15 days for your order to arrive subject to payment clearance. Under normal circumstances your item will be dispatch within 24 hours. When the item has being sent, you will receive a confirmation email of your order status.
Returns
To return a faulty item to R4Sakura.com, please submit a ticket with your name, address, order no., item description, item value and reason for return to our HELPDESK for return authorisation. Please indicate the item you are returning, the reason for your return and order number in the email.
Once you have confirmation from us to return, simply return it back to us, include the invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely. (Usually the bubble envelope in that they arrive in can be used for the return) and please include a description of why the product is been returned. We will replace a faulty product with the same item or refund back to your account if the product is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 7 days from receipt of goods.
Refunds
Refund policy only offered to any transaction made by mistakes or the related product is faulty and we are unable to secure a new replacement for you. You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it for a refund. You are responsible on returning the goods for a refund in good condition and at your own cost. We will refund to your account once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 7 days). Please note that we can only refund product’s costs if the return is a result of our error.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot exchange products unless they are received faulty or the wrong item is received incorrectly.
Testing
We do test every single return. If a returned product is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre we will return the same product to you at your own cost. |
